What to Include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include the email or sign-in you use for VibeChat, a clear description of the problem, the page or feature involved (for example, matching, filters, or a Coins purchase), the time it happened, and your device and browser. Screenshots are welcome when they are relevant and do not contain another person's private information.

Account and Billing Help
