Child Safety on VibeChat
VibeChat is for adults 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, and for any use of the service by minors. This page sets out our standards and how to report a concern.

Our position
VibeChat is a random video chat service for adults. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and toward any use of the service by minors.
Child safety is not a feature we balance against other goals — it is a non-negotiable standard that every part of VibeChat is held to. This page sets out the rules that protect minors and the steps we take when those rules are broken.
Adults only
VibeChat is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. People under 18 may not register for, access, or use the service for any reason.
Age confirmation is required on entry. Any account we believe belongs to a minor is removed, and we may decline access to anyone we cannot reasonably treat as an adult.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any attempt to involve, solicit, sexualize, or endanger a minor are strictly prohibited on VibeChat.
There is no warning and no second chance for this conduct. A confirmed violation results in the immediate and permanent ban of the account, and the content is removed.
How we detect and act
Reports submitted through VibeChat are reviewed by our moderation team. The in-product Report tool sends the relevant context to moderators so a report can be assessed.
When a violation involving a minor or CSAE is confirmed, the content is removed immediately and the account is permanently banned. Reporting is the fastest way to bring a serious problem to our attention — please use it whenever something is wrong.
Reporting a minor or CSAE
If you believe a minor is using VibeChat, or you encounter child sexual abuse or exploitation, do not engage. End the session and act right away:
- Use the in-product Report tool immediately — it sends context to our moderation team.
- And/or email us at support#vibe-chats.com (replace the # with @).
We escalate credible reports to the appropriate authorities and child-protection organisations, including, where relevant, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States.

Protecting children is an absolute priority for VibeChat — it comes before growth, before engagement, and before any commercial consideration.
We continue to refine how we enforce these standards. If you ever doubt whether something crosses the line where a minor is involved, treat it as serious and report it.
