Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of VibeChat, a live 1v1 video chat service that matches you with other real people through random or filtered matching. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use VibeChat.

Eligibility — Adults Only

VibeChat is available only to adults aged 18 or older. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you can form a binding agreement. We may suspend or remove any account we believe belongs to a minor.

Your Account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Provide accurate information when you register, and do not impersonate another person or create an account on behalf of someone else.

Trial Credits, Coins, and VIP

New users receive free trial credits to try live 1v1 video chat. After your trial credits are used, some features — such as extra chats and certain gender or country filters — may require Coins or a VIP subscription.

Coins and VIP are purchased through a third-party payment processor. Prices, included features, and credit amounts may change. Except where required by law, purchases of virtual items such as Coins are non-refundable once used. VIP subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout, and you can manage or cancel renewal from your account or app store settings.

Acceptable Use

VibeChat is built for respectful live conversation between adults. You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse other users; broadcast illegal content; show or solicit content involving minors; share another person's private information; run scams or solicit money; advertise or spam; or attempt to record, capture, or redistribute another user's video without consent.

Safety Tools and Moderation

Every session includes skip, block, and report controls. We operate moderation to review reports and enforce the rules. We may issue warnings, limit features, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice where appropriate.

Service Availability

Live matching depends on who is online at a given moment, so we cannot guarantee a match, a specific type of match, or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we perform maintenance that can affect access from time to time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

VibeChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users during live sessions, though we provide tools to help you stay safe. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited.

Account Deletion and Termination

You may stop using VibeChat and delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When changes are material, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of VibeChat after an update means you accept the revised terms.
